Eaton Bishop Village Hall welcomes you, your family and friends to the facilities it has to offer.  Located in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, the hall serves the community occupying the large area defined by the Eaton Bishop Parish boundary (see map opposite & next page).  The Village Hall's central location makes it ideally placed to serve its widespread community and it is available for hire.

  • special occasions: weddings; birthdays; engagements etc..
  • regular activities: clubs; meetings; exercise classes; band practice
  • any one-off event
  • other social and/or business functions

The Hall

The Hall is situated right in the middle of the village itself and has recently undergone a programme of modernisation and refurbishment.  It has disabled access and ample car-parking.

The main hall itself is very spacious and is used, already, for a variety of activities.  It has a natural wood floor, something dance and exercise classes prefer, and a new PA system, which is hearing-loop friendly.

The hall comprises :-

  • Large room
  • Smaller ante-room/library facility - the Jubilee Room
  • Kitchen - fully fitted with all cutlery and utensils; able to cater for anything from small lunches/teas to suppers for 100 (seated).
  • Large storage area


Regular activities/meetings, currently, at the hall:

  • Farmers Market - 1st Sat each month (not Jan & Aug) 
  • Baby and Tots - Monday am, weekly (not bank hols.)
  • Gardeners Club - Wednesday eve, monthly (not Dec. & January)
  • Parish Council - Wednesday eve, monthly
  • Historical Association - Wednesday eve, quarterly
  • Yoga (Restorative) - Thursday am, weekly (term times, booking is required)
  • Keep Fit - Thursday eve, weekly
  •  Fund-raising events & community activities:
    • Quiz and Curry nights
    • Pub nights
    • Christmas Lunch
    • New Years Eve Party etc....
